The power of volunteering

Organising and supporting volunteers can be a huge task – so we created a special toolkit as a resource for anyone running or managing volunteer programmes.

The Power of Volunteering, which we developed with the community cohesion and integration network Belong, supports organisers in providing opportunities to strengthen meaningful connection between people of different backgrounds.

The online toolkit helps users identify barriers to inclusion, create an action plan for improving social cohesion tailored to their specific organisation’s circumstances – and thereby attract even more volunteers!
